as HARDCASTLES this week. “The response and volume
of property lettings through HARDCASTLES this year under our
leadership has been phenomenal”, says Judith Southall. “Despite
the gloom the national press keeps predicting about the house
market, we remain positive!”

joined the team in early October with Daisy Alban-Jones, Penny
Pope and Soffi Searle. Under Bunny’s
watchful eye, both Landlords and Tenants can be sure that their
managed property is maintained and cared for throughout the
tenancy as Bunny will visit each one every 12 weeks on a rotating
basis to ensure that all is well, besides dealing with the
day-to-day property maintenance issues as and when they arise. Bunny
works alongside Daisy and Soffi who ensure that the right Tenant
is moved into an appropriate property with the necessary paperwork. This
would include a full Inventory and Statement of Condition drawn
up by the independent Inventory Clerk, Sal Ransome, who documents
the cleanliness and condition of the property both at the beginning
of the tenancy and at the end. This strong, well-qualified
team underpins HARDCASTLES’ dedication to residential
